Mi amigo Jake and I spent 7 days skiing Cerro Catedral, Refugio Frey and Cerro/Refugio Lopez in what locals describe as, 'best in 10 years!' Boot top, blown in pow dripping into the the SE facing valleys gave us 300-500 meter hippy pow runs with fun hero-steep couloirs to drop fearlessly into. We left as another storm rolled in. Definitely left impressed with the quality and hospitality, the Frey staff brewed their own beer and smoked us out after breaking trail!

For Cerro Lopez, we met Dulfer, the #alpinekitty, seriously a 9 month old cat that went to the summit and dropped a cliff on the way down, most amazing cat skiing I ever experienced.

Can't begin to figure out loading photos from Chile...

Ive been to Frey in the "summer" (our winter) and that place is phenomenal. Very cool.
