FS: Atomic Backland Carbon Light 27.5 $290 OBO

BRAND NEW Atomic Hawx Ultra XTD 130, size 27/27.5 (BSL = 312mm) - $700 - SOLD

(used) Atomic Backland Carbon Light boots, 27/27.5 (BSL=298mm) - $290 OBO

Fast and light boots perfect for volcanoes and long days in the backcountry. They weigh just over 1000 grams per boot and have more range of motion than your ankle.

I am including two sets of tongues (one stiff, one less stiff) as well as some booster straps if you want to add a little more beef. (Boosters and stiff tongues were purchased separately and represent an extra $100 value.)

These boots still have a lot of life left. The rubber on the tread is starting to wear but should last for many tours. Liners are washable which is great for avoiding "the funk".

Note: I have gone through the memory fit process with these boots - the biggest change being that the forefoot width expanded to accommodate my foot width. My forefoot is about 106 mm when weighted, if you want to ballpark the fit. Importantly, I have been told that you can heat these boots up and they will shrink to their original shape, if you want to return to the narrower last. Personally I would confirm this with your local shop before you purchase from me, but this seems plausible. Overall, memory fit has been AMAZING, I have never had a blister in these boots throughout some very long tours. (the memoryfit process involves heating the entire boot, shell and liner included, and both components will form to your feet. Trust me, it works!)

Please call/text four two five 213 two eight 59 or pm me here.

I am located in Bremerton, but can meet up in Seattle on occasion.
