Runcle and I headed south from the road's end to a good 4-500' couloir about 2 miles in.  The snow is not firming up overnight so it carved up easily with minimal suncups; booting was straightforward with consolidated under-layers.  This slope starts about 40 degrees and can't be seen from the car, but it should keep a remnant until October   ::)  We also hiked a bit further to inspect the NE snowfield of Moose Peak, which has a dramatic curving line that got me thinking about August destinations.....
Nice day! We had no idea at the time that the Park would be inundated from fire smoke and haze from  the north!

Skied that one a few times too, fun slope! There's another north fqcing one before the end of the road which usually does persist until the snow starts falling again.
