On July 2 we found continuous creamed corn, and some sluffs above 7500' on steep south slopes, from Fourth Crossing parking lot to 9300'. Between 9300' and 6000' the corn has been mostly soft and non-sticky all week, with the descent from Sluskins Chair (still partially buried) getting trickier day by day. Today we skied within 50 yards of the road, with a few dirt, slide alder, and heather crossings. By the weekend I think the snow will be quite discontinuous up to 6000'.  Raised tracks are becoming prevalent, and ski rhythm inhibiting, above 8400'.

Thanks to all the friendly skiers who made the skinning and apres ski (and apres wedding!) festivities fun the past eight days!
Good to hear the report!

Is that Jack Sparrow's dad on skis?

It has to be, who else would command such a fetching wardrobe?
