clear trail/patchy snow to avy tree debris mess. Continuous snow there after following trail path to glacier basin.
~13:00 descent from Steamboat Prow yielded 1300' of great corn that probably stayed cool from stronger winds. Below that, better riding was had on steeper angles staying east back to glacier basin. No major holes on Interglacier.
Redeeming lap off Ruth's NW ridge later in the afternoon found cleaner and more carvable corn.

Glacier Basin:

Burroughs:

We were the party of 4 skiers that left after you. It was a fun day and we were happy that the weather held off.
We turned around at 8600' and found the snow more slush than corn but lots of fun.
It was great having the whole place to ourselves.

The tree debris area is  definitely a mess. "Smells like Christmas"...

Brief conditions update from Sunday June 11:

Some patches of snow before the big area of avalanche debris but not worth putting skis on until a few hundred meters after getting through the debris field. Once the skis are on, it's continuous snow with the exception of a few short patches until Steamboat Prow.

The Interglacier remains well filled in with the only issues being a system of cracks opening up climber's right/skier's  left as you get up higher towards the prow. Easily avoided going in both directions.

1-2 inches of new snow overnight yesterday which skied well. The base was very supportable the entire way down to Glacier Basin with no signs of the bottomless isothermal schmoo people reported two weeks ago (although bootpackers were postholing a bit). Definitely got softer lower down but easy to turn.

There was a very nice skin track put in over the past few days which a solo hiker and a pair of climbers proceeded to demolish but walking in it for nearly 2000 ft+ worth of elevation gain heading out of glacier basin.
