Thought I had posted this earlier.
TL,DR:
May 20 & 21 I skied with my friend Jonathan in Bean Creek and Esmarelda Pass
Bean - after a somewhat sporty creek crossing was skins on at ~4700 ft and continuous from there. Weather was mostly great with some welcome overcast to keep the snow in better condition. We went up Mary's Peak and had a great run down, setting off some slow-moving surface sloughs.
Esmarelda was spectacular and we skied up to the high point just N of the pass. Really mushy but fun coming down. Lots of creeks to cross and melting out fast.
