We found smooth 1" corn on north slopes 6400'-5000', 2-6" smooth mush on south slopes to 5300' where ski (95mm width) penetration became too deep for sitterless senior safety.
How's coverage at the base?

Walk 10 yards from the lodge, then skin.

Blech.  A 3 meter carry is outside my tolerance window.  Maybe I can find someone to carry my skis for me.

~4 inches of fresh/new Saturday afternoon up high... turns above 6,000 or so were excellent!  That first bit right at the start will probably turn into a short(very short?) walk with the upcoming sun later this week... but once you get above the base the mountain is in great shape.
