Official Notice - Friday May 12th you will be good to go for spring touring season at Alpental.  Again much appreciated to all who have respected the winter season uphill travel restrictions.  It was indeed a GREAT season, and a fantastic Cinco weekend culminating with a fine day yesterday.    Please give us the next few days to tear down.  We will again be finishing projects around the hill even after Friday so always avoid all our equipment, facilities, and remember that lifts may start without warning.  The gate at Lot 1 will soon be reinstalled.  It will be closed and locked daily, sometimes much earlier than you might anticipate.  ;)  Cheers - Gib

Thanks for a great season! 5 months of padded seat operation is something to be proud of

Now could you just shoo winter away? I hate skiing downhill in the rain as it is, hell if I'm gonna walk uphill in it, too:
