Returning from Leavenworth with the trailer, we pulled into Summit West. I just happened to have my skis. Did two laps to the cell tower. There were some good spring turns, on small sun cups and old rain-soaked fresh over a pretty firm base. Tons of coverage. There were a few ugly trenches from snow machines or "glissaders" down low, but the only bare spots were a handful of crater-like holes..
