April 28, 2017, Paradise area.

I was lucky enough today to ski with Regine and Andy Carey the co owners with Gary Vogt of Paradise ski area. We found good 3" fresh snow in Mazama back bowl north facing aspects. Short runs but very sweet skiing, Every other aspect was killed off by the solar heat Some things like cornices were given very wide berth. South facing slopes were deep mush. West facing heading down Mazama on our exit was very sticky. No Corn . Basically unsafe around 6k on south facing due to potential  wet slides. Mite be good bet to ski around a closed ski area where its more consolidated.
