Kevin and I made good use of the weather window on Friday. Skinning on Rock at around 4600' North side run off Rock wind buffed with some "powder". Rest of the tour was a mix of corn and mush. Pretty good skinning conditions and of course fantastic scenery. With creative routefinding we were able to ski within 100vf of the Merritt Lake TH.
Conditions are pretty good now for this tour. Lots of snow. Big cornices so avoid exposure to this hazard.
