Gore-Tex Rep. in Seattle was created by Snow_Greek
A friend who works for W.L. Gore, the people who make Gore-Tex, will be in Seattle collecting feedback for their next generation of clothing. He would like to meet with active people (running, trail running, hiking, skiing, backcountry skiing, biking, etc.) in the Pacific Northwest for some market research. He will be in Seattle, South Lake Union, Tuesday the 18th to solicit input. Please email Paul at This email address is being protected from spambots. Good, I hope they stop using radio welds to put parkas together!  I have yet to own a radio welded parka that the seams didn't fail prematurely. At this point I am ready to sail tape all the seams on my next new parka, as soon as I get it. Manufactures already have much less sewing to do, since they no longer install liners in parkas.  It is not like the price of parkas dropped when they stopped installing liners.  Maybe they could just lose the radio welds and call it a wash.
