A real sunny day at the Pass. Parked below Central Express lift. I skinned to the base of the Alpine trail and found a skin track of 2 skiers going up. The skin track was an easy way up the slope with small and bigger moguls Thanks track folks. As I neared the top Alpine lift a friend appears, Rich B. We swap stories of when I taught with him at West and the Backcountry class. He is still a loose heel skier but....We will meet again this Spring. It was quiet at the top. I skied the Park which was a mix of good and mixed snow surface. Nice to climb and ski again.
The afternoon corn was pretty yummy at hyak as well.
