Always a good day in the mountains. Groomers groomed and got better over time. Sun peeked out now and then. Good to be back at Crystal after trips to Revelstoke and Bachelor over the last few weeks.
Did one trip up High Campbell and had a humorous exchange with the lift operator. He started off by giving me the "why are you going up there" look. I said something to the effect of feeling the need to at least do a "shake down run". He mutters under his breath, "to the hospital"... I made it a point to come down below the Throne so he could see that the old guy survived.

All the lift folks must have been schooled in guest services or something as they seemed to engage in pleasantries and at least little courtesy waves all day. Atta way.
Elk Frost and French dip at the Snorting Elk was as usual ~ fabulous.
