Job Description

Support the Service and Sales Staff to work towards store goals.
Greet customers immediately and with enthusiasm.
Maintain a high quality service department throughout the entire day.
Perform builds, repairs, and other projects efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized and comfortable environment for the customer.
Grow long term sales with customers.

Day-to-Day Operations:

Service:
Ski and bike Tuning
Build bikes when needed
Communicate clearly to customers and staff
Diagnose / Repair customer bike issues promptly with confidence
Maintain a clean and safe shop environment
