Finished something started yesterday but quit short to pick kids up after school. Now there's a nice skin track to the 3141' summit up Cove Rd above the Orrion Farms mansion. A nice shrub-steppe run down on some Karhu Jacs I found at Goodwill, my fattest skis ever. Old but serviceable powder. Props to Tami Walton at Mountain High Sports for a quick tune.
That's awesome! Always wanted to ski that ridge. Any pix?

Sorry, no pix. Saw this hill today, well lit, while skiing on the John Wayne trail west from Ellensburg. It's a great ski slope. Love it when you only have to drive a few minutes to the goods. We're having a great ski season here.
