ddk will fill in the rest of the words, so I'll just report on some areas he may not. Paradise Bowl, Bruces Bowl, and Employee Housing all skied as good or better than Powder Bowl and GV. Edgeable packed bumps and lots of happy lines and still some of Wednesday's refresh. Best snow on the mountain was out the bottom of Banana Chute, although the entrance was a bit of a sphincter pucker. At noon, the whole front side went off with the sun warming. Lot's of little ankle-biters in school school screaming around the mountain everywhere.

No traffic on the way up, some on the way down, but mostly at the limit.

And as noted here are some more words....(though how was BP's?)...

The Northern minimal word report – Sunny, see forever views, great early groomers, no crowds, great north facing packed pow, great south facing mid day to afternoon soft happy…..Cant wait to hear the Northern report! Looked kinda low cloud grey up that way. Cant figure out where Alpy is actually?

And the really Wordy report – Arrived early to a massive reserved pay lot (might have been room for Scotsman mid afternoon – ha ha). Jumped into the massive CHex line at 8:44 and got on an empty chair with #1 at 8:48. Early groomers in the filtered sun fast and happy – one Lucky and then….PB heaven, great snow, great sunny vis, great nobody on the lift (but me), repeated right away and did it many (how many?) more times today. Other than being nice to #1, the rest of the time was totally hamster mode in my very limited treadmill world. Mid day to early afternoon it was a total locked up brain of GV Bowl (all of it) to Memorial Forest (looked nasty, but the lumps were soft and the Coombas were in heaven). Many hamster runs repeated, with cycles up HC to PB. Finished the day with a run down Upper Bull run to Lower Ferks….Upper Bull looked like a mine field of lumps, but was happy soft go anywhere sun cooked mush….and the Coombas loved it. Great day, if its sunny even with a Saturday crowd there will be lots of great things to ski (heard many times this week how awesome South has been).

Other – Passed through CB lodge late morning and DANG! Had to pause for a very nice personalized bowl of Chicken Noodle – what a season….Great snow, great skiing and never ending Chicken Noodle. As mentioned the Pay lot was massive and massively empty when we left. More buses parked and more kid buses driving up when we left. Cars in maybe a third of C lot and a few widely spaced rows in B. So there were a few folks around, but it seemed kinda quiet.

Best snow of the day - north side Green Valley Bowl
Biggest disappointment - Powder Bowl and Bear Pits (although early in the warming)
Best poke around - Bruce’s Bowl and lower Northway Chairline bumps
Question of the day - why wasn’t anyone on The Frontside when it softened?
Craziest run - Banana Chute entry (but led to the 2nd best snow-of-the-day)

New Tay post format - Trying not to step on any thin skinned toes.

Couldn't make it today... corporate crisis requiring my attention.. our Operations Manager ( M) impregnated our Business Manager( FM) ..( both unmarried) during a business trip to Montana. She is now 13 weeks preggers with twins...... True story.... This is what have to deal with to keep the wheels of industry turning while you galavant.

We could see Rainier from atop the Padded Seats.

We could see the fog through the pass. Didn't reach the alpy top?
