Snoqualmie January 13 2017
« on: 01/13/17, 06:50 PM »

Wind slab still lurks--popped one c. 5K on a small steep N facing col. Seems the recent cold snap not only preserves powder but slabs and their running surfaces as well.

Only other recommendation is to avoid any slope that's enjoyed a perpendicular relationship with the sun these last few days; nasty crust.

Sheltered runs still skiing fantastic--especially the lower ones, due to a pronounced inversion today. Warm up top, cold down low.
