Newton canyon at what some folk call Pea Gravel. We dropped in off "Pea Gravel" at alpine (about dead even with the last few trees on the ridge at 6200k). We skied the fall line down into Newton through the smattering of trees below the ridge. Below that is an open section down to a thick tree line near the bottom. The helmet is in that thick tree line somewhere near the middle.
