December 23, 2016 Summit Central

This was a first for me this season-Silver Fir was loading at 8:50am.  There was 3” new and it snowed another 2” during my 2 hours skiing.  The folks started lift lines about 11am and it was time to head home. There was a freeze on my goggles for 2 lift rides but wiped off and did not return for my time. The Alpine trail had clouds for half but there were no clouds to the East. The ride on the Central Express indicated clouds to the west and to the east of the Central Express no cloud bank. The groomers were “ plain old fun” with the fresh powder.
