Powder, sun, no wind and untracked powder areas. It was 20 degrees and the clouds revealed the sunny summit. It was an easy skin up the groomed lanes. It has been 6 months since my last skinning days. I am getting addicted to riding the lifts on powder days, BUT there is also the fun of climbing and skiing on a powder day. There was about 8 of powder in areas that were not wind effected. There was no shortage of powder areas. The lift riders start on Saturday.
