Found cold, stable powder leftover from last weekend - six inches to over a foot on northern aspects. Singing Pass Trail in better shape than usual. Shallow coverage in trees below 5,500'.

Had a very good snowboarder on the trip. Singing Pass was very hard and very slow for him. I won't do that again, as we barely beat the dark to Dublin Gate.
I fumbled Avajanes message so missed him and his crew that traveled from the ski area and exited out Singing Pass trail. I started up the trail from base and traveling even slower than my usual deliberate pace was still in the trees at nearly 3PM. It was freaking cold - food and water frozen and fingers nearly numb, I reversed course and did the luge run back down and out.

Next time. That "luge" run is a long haul up with limited fun on the down. Not breaking a leg on one of those creek dip bridges was the best part about it.
