Similar to other TRs from today, it was deep and light out there.  We were a little slow getting started, so had the luxury of following a very nice skin track all the way to treeline and beyond.  Accidentally traversed a little too far skier's right on the first lap and got on a 35-38 degree slope, and ended up triggering a D1-ish storm slab avalanche.  My photo isn't very good, but the slide is probably 25-30' wide, and the crown 8" deep.  Runout was probably 150', although not much snow ended up being entrained.

Below is the best shot I have of the slope that slid, before the slide.

So, we stuck to ~30 degree slope skier's left, and did three more amazing laps with no instabilities.  Of course I lost my goggles for these, but at the end of the day they turned up in the goggle pocket of my pack, of all places.

Went up Snoqualmie Mtn. today, awesome snow; 24-30 inches of right side up snow, with an additional 6 inches throughout the day. Saw no signs of instabilities, but limited ourselves to lower angles slopes. Go get it!
