Went up the alpental valley and found some open creeks and boulder fields. At Source Lake coverage is fairly solid, definitely enough for fun skiing! Took a few laps to source lake and one to snow lake, snow was right side up with 12-16 inches of light unconsolidated snow. No signs of instability. The whole area should set up well after these upcoming storms!
