Left Timberline overflow lot at 08:20 on 11/27.
Skinned up to Silcox Hut through the gloom in a mass start of about 10 people and 1 dog.
There was just enough coverage for this to be alright, although of course rocks are showing.
The west wind deposited rime on the left sides of our jackets and coats, and iced up our goggles. Clouds made it tough to determine where to go above Palmer, so we stuck to the lift.
Turns down were had in the cat track. Down low, around magic mile, there was some decent skiing in the trees.
Over all, pretty bony, but enjoyable for an early season ski. 9/10 would do again.
