I visited the inlaws in Polebridge, MT over the holidays. We drove highway 3 in Canada to get there. We left on Christmas day and hoped to find some snow in Canada. Instead we found mostly rain until Stagleap Provinical Park. This park is located at the summit of the highest all weather highway pass in BC. Easy approaches, varied terrain and snow made for a nice break in the driving. It is centrally located between Whitewater, RedMountain and Fernie. Definetly recommend a stop if you are in the area.
