Mother (Nature) kindly swept the Muir Snowfield above 7500' with a fresh coat of white frosting at the end of last week so we headed up yesterday to enjoy the butter cream between 8800-7300'. Thankfully we had a brief clearing in the middle of the cloud around 1PM to enjoy smooth and easy turns.

Thanks guys for letting me tag along. Smooth new snow was indeed a pleasant surprise; hopefully it will stick around for a while.
