Blue sky and tons of snow. Backside closed sitting on 37" of untouched snow from the last 2 weeks but may not open for the rest of season.
Posting this up if your going to be getting to Salt Lake any reason the "Bird will probably be open through May and would be worthwhile to fit into your agenda.
Left side of Mountain closed due to staging area for tram cable replacement.
The groomers were frozen corduroy with a fresh dusting, the off-piste skied really nice, soft snow on non-frozen base at the top, and by the bottom of Little Cloud that soft snow was on top of more solid frozen base, but nothing like you'd get in the PNW after a corn day and then a hard freeze.
The locals have had some softer corn days, this was not one of them.
