A cold front moved in overnight, but only a few inches of snow fell up high. The upper half of the resort was in the clouds and windy. The ski instructors were having classes, and we found all the soft snow versus the firm surfaces by following them. The steep upper lines we skied yesterday were in the clouds and and very firm today. There were few skiers, and it was nice to have the cruisers to ourselves. At noon we went to town and had Jill's backcountry boots modified so she that can break more trails (dream on, buddy boy!). There is a storm heading for Lake Tahoe, and the forecast is for powder. Guess where we're heading...
