With early start from Bridge Creek campground, we walked road to almost Eightmile TH.
After that road is consistently covered by snow. In 3.5 hours, we came to Colchuck Lake, which is fully frozen.
Aasgard pass snow was very firm and we used boot crampons. At the top, there was no wind and temperature was around +15C, we spent there more than hour enjoying views.
Skiing down was pleasant on warmed snow. We had some energy and went to Colchuck glacier, but by 4 pm sun shadow covered practically all glacier and snow became firm.
In 12.5 hour, we returned to campground.
