Stevens - Fri 4/8

Hey, it was fun!  Expected a groomer only day, but I was wrong. Got there fairly early and Headed straight for the back side.  Skied down Aquarius and stayed left to look up lower Pegasus.  Not to bad so did AQ again and took the cat track over [cat track was untracked sticky] Lower Peg was fun.  Did it again and looked up at mid Peg, some bear spots but looked doable. It was. A bit mushy, a bit slower than I like, but it beat the heck out of the groomers.  Repeat.  After the second lap the flat parts got sticky, so tried Tye bumps, was ok.  Off to DD.  It was now about 11:15 ish.  DD was just a bit to firm so took a 20 min. break.  Back to DD - Perfect.  Channeled DDK and went into hamster mode on the upper 1/2.  Skied the top of Kehrs under the chair face a couple of times and it was good.  Never in, never win.  See you Sun at Crystal.
