Whistler 3/14

Another fine powder day on the big mountain. Morning started off sunny and beautiful with all of the fresh snow. My partner nailed 3 powder groomer runs early and I showed up to get Harmony when it was still fresh and Symphony at its opening. Perfect snow except for exposed spots that skied good but with difficult wind blown. Visibility came and went so we took peak chair up and did a classic half Ob route down peak to creek trees and then the big bump/adventure skiing on big timber. Finished the day with 2 top to slushy bottom runs to each village. Franz's run had perfect soft bumps for miles.....

After snow as long as I can remember, Wednesday - Friday looks bluebird!

Depends on how deep the oxymoron is...gotta say I have enjoyed some really deep groomer oxy ;D

Horrible English but I'm tired from skiing 5,000' powder laps for the last 3 days.

To ski a powder groomer you get up early and hope they let you on the lift early (today 8:05. They had groomed early and the powder came late, so you had "powder groomers" with 2-5" of fresh on top. I got the same thing later in the morning at Symphony when I hopped in right as they put up the open signs.

I'm almost hoping for no new snow tomorrow......😳
