Nice to make turns that you know are going to be filled in by tomorrow!
Not too crowded in a usually crowded area. Didn't go much beyond the trees driven back by winds ferocious enough to lift backpacks when set down--good to experience that every once in a while but ultimately we figured it wasn't worth getting blasted for diminishing returns so stayed lower where snow was protected and the turns were good.
Snowing off and on. No instabilities noticed, prob some isolated wind slabs up higher.
Luge exit sucked--staunch crust. But that should all be remedied these next few days.
Skiing sucks!
You can go blind. I've heard. Bad habit. Sickness. quit while you can. throw your dynafits in the fire
