Went up to yodelin looking for some safe soft snow and left happy.  Weather was very warm in the morning and cooled a bit with some sun breaks over the course of the day.  We skied a few laps in the trees and a few laps in the meadow.  The trees had ~6-10" of soft snow on top of a supportive crust and skied quite nicely.  The meadow off the saddle had 12" or so of soft over very soft crusts and skied even better, especially the top.  This was likely wind transported but did not feel slabby, it also got a little bit sun affected and heavier as the day went on.  Snow was sticky everywhere and clogged bindings.  Below ~4200 or so the snow got very heavy and was basically slush at the parking lot.

There were 4-5 ski groups lapping the trees/meadow and an avy class that we only saw in the parking lot so the area got hit moderately hard, but still some nice snow left in the trees.
