Brighton is in the Boyne family of ski areas.  We picked up our tickets using our MAX Passes.  You now get your free ticket at the normal ticket window, not in the Season Pass office.  We have spent years at Brighton and we love it.  It is another locals ski area.  You meet locals and employees who work at other ski resorts and come here to ski to avoid the majority of tourists (we don't count, of course!).  We started skiing again at 11am and it was perfect timing.  Everything was softening nicely and you could ski the groomers with a bit of speed.  With 4 high speed quads, no lift lines, and deserted trails we had a blast.  Yes, this is a great ski area.
