Wondered if I could beat the storm today and headed up the Deer Park Rd. Pretty much a hike to about 4500 then continuous mashed potatoes.  Pretty cool to see the storm blow in starting as snow then rain snow mixed. Hurricane Telemetry is pretty impressive with gust in the low 80s.  West facing slopes were scoured clean. Should be interesting to see how it sets up tomorrow.
"Hurricane" Hendrickson strikes again!

Cool, did you use a bike on the road?

Strikes out might be more fitting :) Snow begins at about 1.5 miles from the Ranger Station which is exactly where the Park used to block off the road for winter access.

I don't know why I didn't use the bicycle. It would have made the ascent and decent much more enjoyable....  Next time!
