Whistler 1/31/16

Snowed all night with low winds. Powder much better than yesterday and yesterday was golden! Bad visibility but with soft snow it didn't much matter. Flute was deep as it was closed yesterday. Saw lots of tracks by Obeo but didn't bring my BC skis this trip. Good visibility this afternoon!

The sun came out and we did a last run on peak to creek/Dustys descent. What a difference a day can make. Yesterday there was a hard crust just under the surface and all the tracks had turned to crud. Today it was "Velvet" top to bottom. Nice to see lots of people on the lower part of peak to creek.
