Fog and some east wind made for chilly conditions today that preserved the 6-10" soft, dense snow well. Despite the breeze we found very consistent, stable conditions on N, E, and S aspects between 5400-4000' on open slopes and in timber. Even the tree bomb craters were soft (mostly.)
