Almost zero wind slab on either East and West aspects of the ridge. The denser wind effected snow was bonded well to lower layers and no natural or skier triggered avalanches were seen. Mountain is supposed to get mixed precip today including freezing mist but hopefully it is over quick.
Headed up Pocket Creek on Sunday as well. Snow was amazingly good considering the recent wind activity. Although below the rocky knob on the top we remote triggered this slab. About 50'x50' and about 15 cm deep. No signs of instability lower down off the ridge and this one didn't run anywhere due to the shallow slope angle, but a reminder that pockets can exist even on relatively stable days.
