I woke up to rain and I knew I wasn't really going to make the effort to go where it's been snowing. I resigned to a day puttering around the house. Sara was still in bed as I made coffee. We were out of milk. Sara drinks milk with her coffee and has since our first was born. It's a manly feeling driving to town to get milk for a sleeping spouse. I live near Mission Ridge, so my drive to town is down the hill with my back to the mountain. Still lazy on the return trip, the clouds parted and I saw WHITE! ALL WHITE! I'M GOING SKIING!!!!!!
So that changed my day and here is what it was like. It's no 13 feet, but it was 3 inches and I skied every bit of it and it was awesome.
Fresh snow changes everything.

Nice!!
Skim Milk !
Way to get after it!
3"! Rugged!
Rolfs and the Beast. Awesome.
You are a very sick man! Good thing you have a understanding ski partner and wife! Two months without even crappy skiing is such a long time, not having much luck breaking the skiing habit. I'll bet there is not a line forming in the parking lot to get those goods. Thanks for the stoke!
