Found some free time on Friday morning to bag my September day for the year. Glad I was able to experience a little bit of the leftover snow from last week! Slept up at Paradise and started the hike around 5:45am. Caught a great sunrise from Pan Point and enjoyed my breakfast at 9200' overlooking the Nisqually. Didn't see anyone until I'd swapped back over to hiking boots at 8200'; the snowfield sure is nice when it's all yours!

Also, finally got to put a face to the name by running into Rusty Knees on the way down. Hope your turns were great, too!
