News from my idol Tom Szwedko, aka tomski, skiing most every day of his 427th month of turns all year.  He skis about 28 days per MONTH!  Sounds like the easiest access skiing in the world right now!  Tom wrote:  "Saturday I skied with 3 others to top of dyer pk (13855ft) visible from my house in Leadville. It was so nice I decided to do it Sunday again to celebrate the summer solstice. It is about 1800 vt ft continuous skiing from the summit and not just a little strip but most of the several levels of basin full of snow and ski right off summit to 50 ft from car at end of road.  After getting in a ski on east side of Independence pass yesterday in mountain boy gulch I decided to go for the BIG easy one again and found dyer still skiable from top with less than 50yds walking total ending 50yds from car for 1750 vt ft ski. Snow is melting REAL fast now with daily warm and sunny temps ."
