May 30, 2015, Pinnacle Glacier

As the end of the month approached quickly, I was in need of some easy turns to get the month in (month 16 now!). So I figured Pinnacle glacier would satisfy. Got to reflection lake around 9 and headed up. Trail was pretty much snow free, and where it wasn't it was easy to travel. Got to the top of the glacier around 10 after the scramble from the south side of the saddle. Snow was great! Did a quick lap, got back to the car around noon. Met a gentleman celebrating his 65th consecutive month as well! Upon arriving back to the lake I was an exhibit for the tourists at the lake "Hey that guy there is going to go find some snow".











One last sad note about the record breaking snow season.....
