Four of us made it to the Silver Star Col on the 15th. Booted up on a mix of hard snow and clear areas for the first 1500 ft. Snow softened as we climbed up below Vasilikie Ridge, then was a mix of wind buff and powder from there. Top part of the glacier skied great, much trickier below, then icy bumpiness down through the trees until we had to boot it down the last part, punching through the now softening snow in many places. Views made it all worth it.
