March 9 Camp Hazard to Nisqually

Left Paradise around 10:30 and headed down into the Nisqually valley to avoid the crowds. Temps got pretty warm in the big bowl just below the glacier but the snow stayed firm until about 1:30. We crossed Nisqually and headed up the west side of the Wilson glacier towards the turtle. At about 3:00 we turned around a bit shy of camp hazard and had some killer turns coming down. snow was not corn but plenty soft and made for great spring skiing. In total we saw maybe 4 other people on that aspect. WHAT A GREAT DAY!
