Feb 28, 2015 Keystone CO (some more vid for fun)

Just copied my notes from the vid:

Another video just for fun, Graham and I had a great day at Keystone including some time in their massive park that makes anything in the PNW look just stoopid (sic).

Keystone has a rep for being THE kid place and sure enough, the set up was perfect down to the red wagons in the parking lot to pull your kids and their stuff in. Seriously.

That said, it is a nice mountain that is laid out well with steep groomers and a bit of challenging terrain. They too had a cat like Copper but the $10 a ride (not a big deal) plus the admittedly lameness of the low angle terrain made that an unlikely thing to do except for a great pow day which this was not (the day before maybe).

The last 3 minutes of the vid is us skiing down from about mid-mountain just so one can get a feel for the slopes and base area. Enjoy!
