After an 11 degree cold night the lift skiing was skatey despite the best efforts of grooming cats. Zack and Stef's van makes them many interested new friends, so we had a couple locals guide us from the top of the lifts at 8300' to the best lines for boot top powder between 9100-7900' on NE slopes in cool sunny weather. Back out the NW side we found soft snow from 9100' back to lift area runs at 8300' that by afternoon had some soft scraped powder. Beer and Pebble Creek thick cut fries on the sunny deck were shared with our new friends.
