We'd had a good time skiing up and down last Friday so a return was in order. Today things were icy, making me wish for ski crampons. Things became more interesting when I noticed a binding coming loose in Edelweiss Bowl. Initial repairs(matchsticks stuffed in stripped out screw holes) allowed me to carry on to the top where more matchsticks were deployed. The ski down was distressingly icy and so loud I was wishing for earplugs. Won't be going back until more snow comes. Bluebird weather with great views from the top.
Today offered no improvement, just a soft ride down Edelwiess to the base.
