MRNP - Where is Randy King?

Several recent MRNP press releases have been put out by Tracy Swartout "Acting Superintendent". I found a couple of references to Tracy as being the Acting Supt., but nothing regarding Randy's disappearance. Anyone have any info?

Hmmm...King gone and the gate has opened close to on time despite getting 8 and 6 inches overnight. I hope Mr. King's services continue to be needed in Seattle.
