Spent the day on the Duffey trying to find winter.
We found some snow and some sun. We had to use some mechanical means to get there but it was totally worth it once we did.
Some tricky layers up there and the new storm snow wasn't bonded well. We played some mini golf on some small slopes.
Got some decent turns I think
Just requires a little more effort this early season but as we are seeing the rewards are there!

You would be correct running clouds pretty much right at blowdown pass.
Long way up the road 15km to the lake sled travel pretty quick. From there 1000ft runs in the alpine.
